Dr. Anat Caspi, Director of the University of Washington Taskar Center for Accessible Technology, will participate in a Maryland Department of Transportation Walktober webinar focused on data collection tools and pedestrian safety.
The virtual panel will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern on October 22, 2026 as part of Maryland’s Walktober programming for National Pedestrian Safety Awareness Month. The invitation follows Dr. Caspi’s recent presentation at the AASHTO conference in Baltimore on measuring active transportation project impacts from planning through implementation.
